Dr. Isabel Balza is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Board Certified Plastic Surgeon of the Mexican Board of Plastic Surgeons (CMCPER), and the Venezuelan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (SVCPREM). She also holds the membership of the Federación Ibero Latinoamericano de Cirugía Plástica (FILACP) and is a frequent guest speaker at many trade conferences. Most importantly, Dr. Balza performs all cosmetic procedures in the new state-of-the-art at CER Hospital.
