I had breast augmentation two weeks ago with Dr. Balza, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the hospital, I felt completely cared for. The facility was spotless, and the staff was warm, courteous, and professional.

I had my own nurse while I recuperated, and I was even served dinner during my stay. Everything was clearly explained to me before the procedure, and I really appreciated being involved in selecting the breast implants beforehand. Before going into the OR, I had an EKG and blood work done to ensure everything was safe and ready.

My experience with these two wonderful ladies was nothing short of excellent. I had many consultations with other doctors here in the US as well as in Mexico, and none of them made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Balza did. I learned all Doctors are different when coming to their aftercare procedures, but trust the process. I got a breast lift almost two weeks ago by Dr.Balza and she was amazing. She did such a wonderful job on the procedure made me feel comfortable and was very transparent. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and detailed.

I waited to write this review after 2 months of recovery so that I could give a true account of my experience with my physical transformation under the expert hands of Dr. Balza.

Right from the start my Care Coordinator Norma was on top of everything. Our interactions were through text & email. Immediate response at all hours of the day. I never had a question or concern that was not managed in a timely manner. She is professional & amazingly comfortable to interact with. It was a wonderful way to begin and of course end my experience.

I live in the USA and Norma set me up for a video call with Dr. Balza. It is really a wonderful thing to immediately be comfortable with your surgeon. We had a great call while I explained what I hoped to have done and what she felt that I could have done.

We set up my operation date. Between that call and the date for my operation was continuous direction and follow up.

I had set myself up with a recovery house (which is an important thing to do if you are having most plastic surgeries) and on the day of my surgery I went through Dr. Balza’s process of blood test, urine test & chest x-ray (I’ve had surgery before in the States and that never happened. I was pleasantly surprised) Unfortunately when they team took my blood pressure, it was dangerously high (the silent killer) the cardiologist came in and did an EKG, looked at my chest x-ray and pointed out that my heart was also a little large on the bottom. It was decided that I would go back to the recovery house and monitor my blood pressure to see if it came down. Well, it did not, so I went home with blood pressure medicine and instructions to see my doctor and a cardiologist and to make another appointment when I was cleared by both. I consider myself lucky that this did happen in the way that it did otherwise I would not have realized how vulnerable I was to a heart attack or stroke.

Five months later my blood pressure was normal, my blood work was outstanding, and I was ready for Dr. Balza to work her magic. We discussed what I could and could not have done. Dr. Balza collaborates closely with her anesthesiologist, and they put my health first. I am an older woman and with their knowledge of that and my health, we set up a plan. My procedures were a tummy tuck, liposuction, and a BBL. I woke up with her standing beside me letting me know it was successful. In the morning, she was there to let me know the do’s and don’ts. Dr. Balza and Norma were in daily contact with the nurses from the recovery house. They knew exactly what was going on, what my numbers were and gave instruction throughout my time there. I had my follow-up appointment, and she let me know that I had to slow down because even though I felt good (pain killers) that I needed to follow her directions for a successful recovery. Well, it is 2 months later, and they still follow up on how I am doing. I shared this with you so that you know she is an outstanding doctor and artist. I highly recommend her and if I ever have another procedure, I will hop on a plane and make my way back to her because she is outstanding. You should also know that I LOVE my figure. I would even go as far as to say my shape is nicer than it has ever been in my entire life and it was rather good when I was younger. Thank you Dr. Balza, Norma and the team. I am so happy, and it was all worth it.

I came to Dr. Balza for a extended tummy tuck, arm lift and BBL and have been very pleased from day one. Her team of coordinators, the anesthesiologist, the cardiologist, surgical team and hospital nurses and staff were all are so kind and knowledgeable.
